Who we are

What we collect

• What you enter in the reservation form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, number of units, preferred contact method and your message.
• What you send us by email or WhatsApp.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this website. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to you, arrange a site visit or video call, send you information about the unit lease you asked for and, if you go ahead, prepare the Unit Lease Agreement. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this website. Email to our domain is forwarded by Cloudflare to our mailbox, and WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp. These providers may process data outside Indonesia under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or for as long as needed if you sign a Unit Lease Agreement and to meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
