The whole building runs as a single hospitality business. Bookings, cleaning, maintenance and staff are handled for you.
A share of the profit
Each unit in the rental pool earns an equal share of net distributable profit, 5% while all 20 units participate, paid quarterly with a report.
Live in it yourself
Take your unit out of the pool on 60 days' notice for 3 months or longer. Payouts pause while you stay, and you cover your share of running costs.
