The income and personal-use rights to one studio, through an agreement with PT Habitat Coliving Kuta. You receive that studio's share of the profit, can stay in it yourself, and can sell the lease or pass it to your heirs.
When does the resort open?
Opening is scheduled for January 2027. Construction is run by The Habitat Group, the team that delivered The Habitat and Habitat Garden in Kuta, and walls are going up on site now.
How is my money protected during the build?
Payments go into a dedicated project account that needs two signatories, and the second half is only due once the main structure is complete.
